Charango - Handmade in Argentina

Made in Argentina, this small guitar-like instrument brings the sweet melodies of the Andes Mountains into your life. It's a 10-string double-string set up (much like a 12-string guitar) tuned similar to a standard ukulele: G-C-E-A-E, the difference being the extra set of high E strings up top of the register, giving it a very distinctive sound reminiscent of traditional Peruvian / Bolivian folk genres. Made from quality solid Argentinian timbers with local customised hand-carved shape and motif.
